Thank you for considering Saint Monica Catholic Academy Preschool for your child’s entry into the world of education! Your child is at an impressionable age and what they experience in these early years will shape how they act, react, and perceive things the rest of their lives. First and foremost our program helps them realize how very much they are loved by God.
Program Goals

The three year old program encourages growth in a classroom atmosphere which, for some children, is the first time they are separating from parents or grandparents. In addition to learning social skills such as sharing, and listening to a “new” adult, they learn their colors shapes, numbers, nursery rhymes, and enjoy singing, story time and many, many craft projects. A typical day in our three year old program is below.

The four year old program will be a full-day program for the 2019-20 school year. We focus on readying our four year olds for kindergarten and include instruction on letters of the alphabet and sound recognition, an introduction to sign language, science, math, and social studies. We spend time each month on different units featuring dinosaurs, Fine Arts, and the Oceans to name a few.
