Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our school. We regularly need adult helpers for field trips, fundraisers, and other activities, and many hands makes light work!

All volunteers for the school must be in compliance with our Diocesan Safe Environment policies.

  • If you have not previously volunteered at our school or a Catholic parish in the Diocese of Pittsburgh, please complete the 5 clearances for the Diocese of Pittsburgh, found online here.
Note: If you work or volunteer with children in another setting (another school, Scouts, etc.), you may already have some of the clearances listed. For any you already have, you do not need to repeat them, just submit copies of current certificates so we have them on file.
  • If you have previously volunteered at our school or a Catholic parish in the Diocese of Pittsburgh, you should have all of these clearances already, but we will need to get your information for our records. Please contact our Safe Environment Coordinator to check your status and/or obtain your information from the diocesan database.
